Improvement of SuperSol 1000
The objective of the project 'Löslichkeitsmessgerät' the SuperSol is to improve in the following aspects:
- Increase of throughput by increasing the dissolution speed
- Decrease of measurement time by extrapolation of dissolution kinetic
- Easier handling through automatization
- Increased mesurement range by automatized change of cuvettes with different pathlength
- Simple handling and cleaning
- Detection of impurities by multivariate curve resolution
- Automatic end-point detection of dissolution and cleaning process
The project was funded by the 'Arbeitsgemeinschaft industrieller Forschungsvereinigungen' (AIF) according to grant numbers KF2771801 KF2149201. This project was completed in collaboration with the Technische Universität Berlin.
